Disability & Community Support

Personalised support built on connection, respect and understanding.

Support That Starts With Understanding

Hi, I’m Michelle.

For the past four years, I’ve worked in disability support, helping people navigate everyday life, access their community and work towards the things that matter to them.

For me, support work isn’t just about completing tasks or following a routine. It’s about getting to know the person I’m supporting — understanding what they enjoy, what’s important to them and how they want to live their life.

I believe everybody deserves to feel heard, respected and supported in making their own choices.

Whether we’re heading out into the community, working through everyday routines or simply having a conversation, I bring a calm, practical and person-centred approach to my work.

Supporting Self-Managed & Plan-Managed Participants

I provide personalised disability and community support for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. My approach is centred on the individual, supporting choice, independence and meaningful participation in everyday life. I believe good support begins with listening, understanding and building trust.

Every Person Has Their Own Journey

I don't believe support should look the same for everybody. Each person has their own interests, strengths, challenges and goals. I take the time to understand the person I'm working with and what matters to them.

For me, it's about building genuine connections, respecting personal choices and supporting people to live their lives with greater independence and confidence.
